HDD Stopped working

I had 3 HDD's installed in my computer last week:

Hitachi 160GB [OS Drive] (Device Description
Hitachi HDS721616PLAT80 (PV5301ZFTX5T5U)) [IDE]

Western Digital 250GB (Device Description
WDC WD2500AAKS-22VSA0 (WD-WMART1865656)) [SATA]

Seagate 500GB (Device Description Unavailable) [SATA]

My friend needed to borrow my two SATA cables so i unplugged the two SATA HDD's and gave him the cables for about an hour.

When i plugged the hard drives back in i was unable to access the files on them on my computer.

When i go to disk management it says that Disk 1 (the 160GB HDD) is healthy, but it also says the Disk 0 is unreadable and does not detect a third disk.

I downloaded Everest to check the health status of the HDD's and it states that both the 160GB and the 250GB HDD's are perfectly healthy, but it does not detect the 500GB HDD.

I have tried switching the power cables around, and also swapping the SATA cablse between the HDD's (as i only have 2) but I still cannot access the files on either HDD.

There is a lot of precious data on mainly the 250GB HDD, so I don't want to do anything stupid and erase the data.

Any help would be much appreciated, as I am totally lost for answers.

Thank you
