You can try that and see if the problem persists, i have not used SpywareDoctor in about fours years so i really could not comment on how good a programme it is these days.

I would recommend
Superantispyware and
MalwareBytes AntiMalware , both these programs have a free version which will remove any spyware found, without the need to purchase the full version.
