You can change it in google but not it Yahoo.
Yahoo automatically detects the country you are in and it will automatically route you to their homepage, say you're in canada then it will be ca.yahoo.com and if you're in hongkong then it will be hk.yahoo.com... You can type
www.yahoo.com in the address bar to go there manually.
