Yep, Aus_Karlos got it right there. Your low end CPU means physics will be a difficulty, but you should be able to run other settings reasonably high.
Basically, what I would do, is set everything to high, then fiddle around with the settings until you get a decent FPS -and- decent picture quality that is to your liking.
