That second one looks like a very, very nice board. It only supports ATI X-Fire, not SLI, but I don't think there are any that will have hardware optimization for *both* since they are different technologies. You *may* get SLI working on a board built with X-Fire in mind, but don't count on it. Otherwise it looks like a very, very nice board. I almost wish I had it instead of my P5Q Pro.
