Which P45 Motherboard to buy?

Hey Guys!

Recently I Posted this thread [SOLVED] Asus P5Q VS P5N-D Motherboard and it concluded that the p45 was the smarter choice. Now although they suggested the Asus P5Q I'm going to ask this question separately as I only gave them the possible suggestions of the P5Q or the Nforce board. Here's A List Of P45 boards I can afford:

Asrock P45TurboTwins2000

Asus P5Q

GigaByte EP45-DS3L

GigaByte EP45-UD3LR

Gigabyte EP45-UD3

Gigabyte EP45-UD3L

GigaByte EP45-DS3

MSI P45 Platinum

FoxConn P45A

The chosen Board will be paired with an Intel E8500/E8400, a 9800GTX+ OC, 4GB DDR2 800 RAM, 1 SATA DVD writer, 1 SATA HDD and a TV tuner PCI card.
So what do you think? What should I go for?
As usual All replies are greatly appreciated!
