Anytime I try to go to runescape, it will re-direct me to google. Even when I click that link that Zealex provided.

Probably not the case, but just check out that file, open it in notepad or something. Don't edit it though.

The what was all that about on the second page?? the host file is very important based on what you said there, it could hold the reason as to why you cannot access runescape. Plus IP banning does not stop you accessing the the website (that would be almost impossible) it stops you logging onto your account.
