Trojan/Malware Issues

Hello all, I am new to this forum and want to say thanks in advance. Anyway, I began having trouble on my machine this week when virus software detected something called trojan.zlob. I ran my antivirus and I thought the situation was fixed. In actuality, my troubles started last week when my computer was infected some fake anti-virus program (whose name escpaes me right now). At that time, I went through a series of steps to remove it manually. I have no idea whether this is related to the trojan thing for not.

Anyway, after starting my computer this morning, it seems that I am still having troubles. My home page has been changed to something called mywebsearch.com. So I downlaoed hijackthis and have run a scan. The log is below and I am hoping someone can help me find and eliminate any problems.
