.dat file help

I've been using this batch file to transfer information from our accounting computer to another computer to process information.

We have always used floppy disk to transfer the information, but lately the file size have been to large to use floppies. Can any one help me figure out make this .dat file to write into a cd-rw instead of a floppy disk.

Here is the file.

Thanks,
