Angry Error Installing Ubuntu

Ok, so I can get to the screen where it has the progress bar and the partition and all that, but when it hits a certain point it says something similar to "shutdown properly. Run dskchk\r in Windows."
I do that but then it says "Can not lock current drive. Chkdsk cannot run because the volume is in use by another process. Would you like to schedule this volume to be checked the next time the system restarts? <Y/N>"
I tried yes and no. It says the same thing everytime.

-Trying to install on drive E.

Anyone able to help?
