We have a dell laser 100 that is not recognized by a pc. It displays a series of blinking lights not documented in the manual. The sequence: two red then one green repeats 4 times then both red and green go solid then the same sequence repeats.The printer was working earlier in the day, then the pc and printer were moved and reconnected (same pc) then the above problem occurred.
We tried another proven USB cable and we tried connecting to a different pc but the same problem occured so it seems to be a problem with the printer itself.
