Yes, having CA running will have caused that blue screen.
delete the copy of ComboFix you have on your desktop.
Lets download it again and give it a chance to run uninterrupted with the security programs totally disabled
Download a fresh copy of ComboFix from the links previously given - no need to re-name it this time.
Post the log provided.
