The AMD build on that page is decent also if saving a few bucks is a great issue with you at this time. You will give up a little, but not a great deal with the AMD build, then do without the cooler as mentioned to save a few bucks more. (in most instances, the factory cooler on both AMD and Intel will do the job unless you are in to overclocking a lot.
