Hello pipeplug. One or more of the identified infections is a backdoor trojan.
This type of infection allows hackers to remotely control your computer, log keystrokes, steal critical system information, and download and execute files without your knowledge.
If you do any banking or other financial transactions on the PC or if it should contain any other sensitive information, please get to a known
clean computer and change all passwords where applicable, and it would be wise to contact those same financial institutions to apprise them of your situation.

Please go to:
VirusTotal- On the page you'll find a Browse button.
- Next to the Browse button you'll see a box to enter text.
- Please copy/paste the following bolded text into the box:
C:\iexplor520.exe
- Then click the Send File button just below.
- This will scan the file. Please be patient.
- If you get a message saying File has already been analysed: click Reanalyse file now
- Once scanned, copy and paste the results in your next reply.
- Please repeat for the following file:
C:\apnet.exe
