Hi,
Worms destroys your files permanently and may not be recovered. So better make backup of your important data. Update your antivirus definition files and start scanning. For XP machine you can download free version of AGV, it really works. Try to get "stinger" and start scanning. Update your all machines and download Microsoft malicious software removal tool.
