Wireless Router Cannot Connect to the Internet

Hi there guys.
I can't seem to find any available thread for this, so I am posting it as a new thread.

I have been trying to solve this problem I have been facing. What happens is when I connect my ZTE ZX DSL831 Modem to my Prolink Wireless router, the computers networked to the router (cable and wireless) do not have access to the internet. All 3 necessary lights on the Modem all lit and stable. The computers are communicating with the router, and it has also been established that the router is communicating with the modem. However, when I ping the modem's IP from the computer, I do not get a reply. This is really puzzling me.

When I directly connect the modem to the desktop and manually connect to the internet (Streamyx), I can actualy access the internet.

Any ideas what the problem might be?
