Hi, welcome to TSF
Uninstall the original Imagemixer 3, then reboot (to allow for any registry changes), reinstall the original and apply the update.
If you downloaded the update, did you get the right one for your version of Windows? 98, XP and Vista will probably have different folder locations and registry entries, so if you got the wrong one, it might be looking in the wrong folder during setup.
