DDR2 800 (PC6400) Those brands are good as is Corsair.
The first link is Home Premium the second link is Home Basic.
If you must use Vista go with the Home Premium. Persoanly, I'd use Windows 7 for now. It's Vista without the bloat and works much better.
Both of those cases are nice but I would go with the Antec for $5 more.
