For your local/internal IP:
Go to start>run. Type cmd, then in the command prompt ipconfig/renew. That will give you a new IP if you have a dynamic local IP.
For your public IP: put 192.168.0.1 in the web browser. By default, the username is admin and the password is left blank. On the setup page, there should be a place to renew the WAN IP.
