Here is my problem:
When the receptionist transfers a phone call to my phone, I can answer it without a problem, but when I have to transfer that phone call, the phone says "no call answered" even though that person is obviously on the line. Essentially the phone will not let me transfer the call, which I don't understand.

Help!
