What IP address are you getting?

You won't be able to get a new IP address because your ISP assigns IP to your computer. But to try it you can type in IPCONFIG /RELEASE (IP should change to 0.0.0.0) then type in IPCONFIG /RENEW (and ISP will give you new IP which is the same IP before).
