You are getting error message probably because of high concentrations of players in one place...
Do you raid for example???
If you getting lags in 25-man raids, than that could be the problem...
Lower your graphic options and check what will happen...

Would be nice if you can post system specifications mate...

Also, in World of Warcraft installation folder, you have 'Repair' icon...
Repair WoW, and check if this helps...
