Hi.First time poster. Ok so i have this infostealer trojan on my computer (window XP), and i need to remove it so i was gonna come here and ask for help, but when i installed and tried to run the hijackthis log it wouldn't work. I tried running it in safe mode too, and i also tried restarting my computer a bunch of times, but it still wont open. I would very much apperciate some help.
