if it's reading as 130, you basically have 128 megs ram installed.
now, this is a low amount of ram, but for most applications, this should be sufficient, but slow.
as far as the 192-384 meg page file, this is probably the problem.
there should be no maximum, or, the maximum should at least be set closer to 1024 megs.
i would set the minimum to 192, and the max to 1024.
this should allow the computer to create a large enough page file.
for what it's worth, 128 meg sticks of ram are cheap, a second one might be a decent plan.
(you can usually find them used for 10$)
