I tried lots of things with my Atheros card, Ndiswrapper, and the MadWifi drivers were the main things that were mentioned & I tried many different methods involving them.
Initially I didn't install any drivers for the Tenda card, I just plugged it in & about 30 seconds later it was connected to the network, unfortunately it couldn't do much, and now it is not working at all.
