It would seem as though you are running Windows 7 operating system and as such none of our tools are Windows 7 compatible. Kaspersky does not support Windows 7 at this time.

Try booting into safe mode(if available) and run a scan there.
If you are not running Windows 7, please follow instructions set out below.
