The brand name of the power supply is Master. 650 Watts. I had initially picked out a Thermaltake ToughPower 650 Watts. The guys at the place where I ordered all parts didn't have one and recommended this one as they used this one with the servers itself and it worked fine.

I am currently re-installing the Vista. Will keep updating posts with what happens unless I hear of a specific thing to look for during that setup.

PC froze again during the setting up of Windows Vista 32bit. Restarted the machine.

PC froze again during installation. I may have a spare graphics card lying around. Will give that a try and see.
