I don't know the options available on the tp-link GUI's interface, but there's got to be one somewhere that allows you to enter static routes. If you can't find it, look at the manual of the router, or find a guide on setting up static routes on that tp-link router.
Once you find how, set up a route to go to the laptop's network.
You need to tell the router how to reach the laptop's network. So you have to tell it that to reach the laptop's network (192.168.2.0), use the D-Link connected right to it (192.168.1.2). [IP addresses based on my diagram below]
the D-Link's default gateway will be the tp-link's address.
