Plug your PC back in the router, and the router to the modem.

Type these commands again:

ipconfig /release
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /renew

Open your router's config (http://192.168.1.1). Make sure the authentication is correct, and it's set to receive an IP from the ISP dynamically.
