Hi I was just wondering if this memory will work with my computer?

The specs. for the memory are:
Memory Category: Desktop
Memory Type: DDR
Memory Size: 2 x 1024MB
Total Memory Size: 2GB
Memory Modules: 2
Memory Speed: PC3200
Memory Speed MHz: 400MHz
Memory Channels: Dual
Memory Socket: DIMM
Pins: 184

And the specs. for my computer are:
Compaq Pesario SR1750NX

Processor: Athlon 64 (V) 3500

CPU: 2.19 GHz

960MB of Ram (But I don't think that matters as that is what i want to replace)

Motherboard: Asus A8AE-LE

Hard Drive: 200 GB SATA, 7200 rpm

It says on the back " AC Input 100-127V-6.0A
50/60 Hz 200-240V-3.0A"

And lastly I'm running Windows XP, Media Xenter Edition, Version 2002, Service Pack 3.
