Hello and Welcome to TSF,
Delete the file you have downloaded and check in program files for any
folders refering to it and delete it.

1. turn off pc, disconnect the usb cable, turn on printer
2. install the printer driver and software
3. connect usb cable when the installation tells you to.
4. reboot pc
