Hello littlebritches,

I realize you installed Norton in an attempt to try to clean your system, but now you have 2 Anti Virus programs installed, and that's never a good idea. More than 1 Anti Virus can cause conflicts and confusion between the AV programs as well as system slow downs and other types of instability. Please choose and run only 1 and uninstall the other by clicking the round Windows Logo button in the lower left corner-> Control Panel-> Programs-> Uninstall a program

After you've completed the above, download Combofix from any of the links below, and save it to your desktop.

**Note: It is important that it is saved directly to your desktop**

Close/disable all anti virus and anti malware programs so they do not interfere with the running of ComboFix.

Double click on combofix.exe & follow the prompts.

• When finished, it will produce a report for you.
• Please post the C:\ComboFix.txt for further review.
