I suggest you wait about one or two months if you can .......... the Intel I5 is coming out and they will be a good deal; they have an improved turbo mode for gaming over the I7 920 and should even be alittle cheaper

but other than that ...... the rig looks very good

I would get the Corsair 850-TX instead of that 700 OCZ though
