Instead of getting two separate RAM sticks I'd get a 2GB DIMM--that's two sticks of 1GB RAM that will work with each other.

Are you sure you want a quad core processor? They're pretty expensive and very few games or anything else use them. I'm not very familiar with AMD's high-end dual core CPUs so I can't recommend one, but you might want to look into that instead.
What's that "Windows Basic Black" thing? Is that your OS? I don't know what that's all about.
The Gigabyte video card will work fine, and is in fact better since by overclocking you make the part run faster, thus making it able to render graphics more quickly.
Finally, I'd avoid a case that comes with a power supply. The PSUs that come with cases are usually pretty shoddy. Try these instead:
