I am developing a phonebook database for all user in my country so that they can upload and retrive back their contacts at any place from my web site.

here are question that i need someone to help me!
-How to write code in php so that user when connect their phone in pc using either usb cable the code will respond by extracting the contacts and store them in database.

-How to generate code for sending and receiving sms if the user ask for the contact using sms service.
