first time user
Lots of question on intek motors not turning over, like to much compression. I have been working on mine for a week,this is a list of what i have done.
1. checked fly wheel and key
2. changed starter
3. replaced battery
4. checked voltage when starting (9.6)
5. adjusted valves .003 intake .005 exhust
6. replaced cam shaft (looked good not wore replaced any way)
7. checked compression 150 psi
8. adjust exhust valve till compresion guage read 120 psi

started good,about 10 times than same old problem.is there a compression release and if so how do i check it and can i adjust it? please help me!
