Dx10 enabled, but with the dx9 trick:

you can notice the difference between the 2 photos, the Dx10 photo is more crisp than the dx9 and looks better
both settings are set the same :
all set to high, except geometry, vegetation set to medium and shadows are disabled
HDR and Bloom are enabled
