If you move the hsf from the cpu you must clean and reapply thermal
paste, be it artic silver, or whatever. Clean both surfaces with alcohol,
no fingernail polish remover, just alcohol. If the noise is vibration you
may try remounting the fans with some felt in the front, you may be
able to remove that fan on the side altogether if your temps are
cool enough. If the pc has been ran for a couple of years, or alot of
use its a good idea to reapply thermal compound, just read directions.
Your temps look ok to me now with it at 20% load..at idle you want
to be in the mid to lower 30's...
