Hi CrazyHazeyNut and welcome to TSF,

Error 25099 means that the Java installation has failed. You can try a few things.
First make sure that all internet browsers are closed and try again.

If this fails you can start windows in SafeMode "By pressing F8 before windows boots" and then try to install Java again.
