Is there any way to restart a corrupt install of server 2k3?

I am using a volume license, but it is not attached to the install disk that I used, so when attempting use several different auth keys, it is not taking any. I have another install disk that I can use with key attached to it, however, when I try to reboot the server with a different disk in the machine, it goes right back to the mid-install window prompting for a license key.
Any Ideas on how to restart this install?
