Wow. Thank you so much. I just ran Combofix and almost everything seems to be working fine again.
Midway through the scan, however, Combofix said it found rootkit activity and had me write down the file/process names, so let me know if you'd like me to type those up? (It just restarted afterward and continued with the scan.)
Also, the links don't seem to redirecting anymore.
I've attached the log file below.
