H1 header tags and images

Currently I recieve an alert (from an optimization tool) that my pages have no H1 tags, I want to correct this.

I am using a template on GoDaddy's Website Tonight to design my website, www.thelovefish.com
Due to the font limitations, I used a image at the top of each page text box rather than an H1 heading.
How can I place an unviewable, H1 heading behind the image so the spiders can crawl it and recognize my heading but the viewer only sees the image?

Here is the (nonviewable) h1 heading tag I would like to use for the "Contacts Page" of my website:

Contact US and Sign UP

Here is the image files currently at the top of my text box (Website Tonight requires you to upload images into a file to be inserted in text box area, I copied the HTML code below):

<img width="739" height="120" alt="" src="http://app4.websitetonight.com/projects/1/1/7/4/1174731/images/contact_page_banner6_uk5a.gif" wstxclass="Image" uid="db88adf7-110c-4cbb-aaec-c1d775d0c262" mainsrc="http://app4.websitetonight.com/projects/1/1/7/4/1174731/images/contact_page_banner6_uk5a.gif" />

Can someone show me how to insert this information into HTML code so that it works as described above? I have tried many, many times using information from the Internet but it doesn't work properly. It has to do with the way I am inserting the image and text (I think).
