Hey all. I just recently learned of this organization and have been searching the Web and elsewhere trying to find out more about it, but information is somewhat scant. Does anyone happen to have the scoop on it or know of a good source to learn more? Especially its purpose, history, how many nations are in it and which ones, etc.
