Exclamation Something Is Redirecting Links On Google!

I clicked on a shady website by accident on Google last night and my whole adress bar turned red and it said this was not a secure site. I exited out right away (and did not download anything either)! Then, after that when I clicked on links from Google it redirected me several times in a few seconds and finally loaded to some random website.
I have been advised to get Malwarebytes and do a quick scan. Which I did 1st off. It found 3 trojans which were quarenteened and then I deleted them. After, I was prompted to restart my computer and I did. Then I did a full scan with Malwarebytes and another scan with my Trend Microvirus. Both of those scans showed nothing. I have also cleared my cookies and temporary internet files. I am still having it redirect majority of the time (though not always). What else do I need to do? (I am no computer expert so you may walk me through step by step :/ )
