I'm using dialup, and everytime I start IE and hit the "Connect" button on the screen, the button just bounces back in less than a second just like I had never hit it begin with. I know my Connections tab settings are correct because it has dialed my ISP many times before sucessfully, when suddenly it stopped working and started this button bouncing back thing and won't even let me dial now. The OS is XP running IE6.
