New here, thanks in advance

. I have an hpa1700n with a lot of upgrades, my Ethernet card does 10-2000MBps and I am using Time Warner Road Runner with Turbo and Boost; through cable lines (last time I did a speed check it was at 25MBps < i think, sorry cant remember). When they hooked up the modem for the time Warner he said he was given me basic Ethernet Cables.
(cable from wall to modem, from modem to computer with basic Ethernet cable)

So what Ethernet cable could I use to maximize the speed and performance?
