Ah-ha!

I think I'm on my way...

Just a quick question before I shut myself away for a few months on this...is there an easier way to view/test PHP scripts without uploading it to the web? Is there any sort of virtual host/mySQL or anything?

Basically, I don't have the webspace yet, because I don't want to get that up and draining funds before the site is even made!
