Hello and Welcome to TSF,

try this:

1. Make a direct connection to the wall outlet bypassing any surge protectors.
next
2. With printer off, disconnect usb cable, turn printer on if printer turned on
bad usb cable, replace usb cable.

3. Check for blown fuse, go here for manual:
