Have you tried going on the recovery console on your OS' CD? and then type in CHKDSK? Or go into Safe mode and then go on CMD and type in CHKDSK C:/F then press Y and restart computer, let it do a CHKDSK on the start up and see if there are any errors stated, if so it should fix them. If it has no errors and its still continueing not to run in normal mode, If you have a antivirus program, Run safemode and then run a scan on the whole disk just to make sure its not a virus. After that, if you still have the problem , You will have to repair the windows files by rebooting your computer running from the cd and press enter to continue, F8 to agree/accept and then R to repair the drive. See is that works
