Sorry for the delay in my reply, had a family emergency to attend to.

All that I am really attempting to do is to get 2 text fields to combine into a single out put. This if for a PDF form designed in Acrobat Pro 9. There is one spot on the form where I need to have the individual entries for Lname and Fname combine to give this output "lname", "fname". To say that I am new is giving me a great deal of credit. I should say that I am attempting to learn on the fly. But this is volunteer work for a good cause. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
